To use certain features of the Platform, such as posting merchant offers or subscribing to premium tiers, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your credentials confidential.

2. Nature of the Service & Intermediary Status

CashSave.in operates strictly as an intermediary digital discovery platform and budget-planning engine. We provide specialized "AI Suggestions" and a radar mapping framework to help users discover shopping offers and savings.

Sarvexa Technologies does not own, sell, resell, or control the products or services listed by third-party merchants. All deal accuracy, product quality, availability, and merchant pricing are the sole responsibility of the respective listing vendor/merchant.

3. Limitation of Liability for AI Suggestions & Merchant Listings

Users are strictly advised to verify the pricing, terms, and legitimacy of any deal directly with the merchant before completing a financial transaction. Sarvexa Technologies shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, financial or otherwise, arising out of reliance on information or AI-driven metrics provided on the Platform.

4. Merchant Content & Advertisements

Merchants utilizing the "/post-offer" feature represent and warrant that their advertisements do not violate any local laws, intellectual property rights, or consumer protection guidelines. Sarvexa Technologies reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates public policy or displays deceptive pricing, without prior notice or refund.

'/post-offer' ഫീച്ചർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന വ്യാപാരികൾ, അവരുടെ പരസ്യങ്ങൾ പ്രാദേശിക നിയമങ്ങൾ, ബൗദ്ധിക സ്വത്തവകാശങ്ങൾ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഉപഭോക്തൃ സംരക്ഷണ മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ ലംഘിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുനൽകുന്നു. പൊതുനയം ലംഘിക്കുന്നതോ കബളിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വിലനിർണ്ണയം കാണിക്കുന്നതോ ആയ ഏതെങ്കിലും ലിസ്റ്റിംഗ് നീക്കം ചെയ്യാനോ അക്കൗണ്ട് സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്യാനോ, മുൻകൂർ അറിയിപ്പില്ലാതെയും റീഫണ്ടില്ലാതെയും, Sarvexa Technologies-ന് അവകാശമുണ്ട്.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform architecture, design, code, graphics, branding, and proprietary software algorithms are the intellectual property of Sarvexa Technologies and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.

ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ നിയമങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി നിയന്ത്രിക്കപ്പെടുകയും വ്യാഖ്യാനിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഈ പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമിന്റെ ഉപയോഗത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന എല്ലാ തർക്കങ്ങളും കൊച്ചി, കേരളം കോടതികളുടെ പ്രത്യേക അധികാരപരിധിക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും.
